I’m a first-generation Latina therapist with over 9 years of clinical experience, supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and complex family dynamics. My work is grounded in a culturally responsive, compassionate approach that honors the influence of identity, family systems, and lived experience. I am also a PhD student, which allows me to stay connected to current research and provide thoughtful, evidence-based therapy that is both practical and deeply personal.
Starting therapy is a brave step, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as we explore what’s been weighing on you. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is witnessing clients grow by gaining insight, developing skills, and making choices that reflect who they truly are. My goal is to create a warm, supportive connection where you feel seen and understood — one that helps you move toward lasting change and a life that feels meaningful and worth living.
